Service Description
During this consultation, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you have and share your reasons for seeking therapy. In turn, I will share my therapeutic approach and how I hope to support you on your journey. Together, we can decide if we are the right fit. Please note, consultations are only available for clients who are new to therapy with The Psychotherapy Studio - Wales or have taken a break from therapy for longer than 3 months.
Cancellation Policy
If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. For cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full session fee will still apply. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I’ll always do my best to be flexible where possible.
